What Are Nominations?

The nominations are the first step in recognizing Dubai’s most outstanding restaurants. This process identifies and highlights dining establishments that excel in culinary quality, customer service, innovation, and overall dining experience. Nominated restaurants are then eligible for public voting, giving them the chance to win prestigious awards and gain significant recognition.

How Are Restaurants Nominated?

Restaurant Registration:

Restaurants interested in participating must register by filling out the registration form and paying the 99 AED non-refundable fee. This ensures that only serious contenders are considered.

Evaluation by the Awards Committee

Our expert committee reviews each submission based on the following criteria:

Culinary Excellence: Quality, taste, and presentation of food.
Customer Experience: Ambiance, service quality, and customer feedback.
Innovation: Unique concepts, creative dishes, or modern dining trends.
Reputation: Existing online reviews and presence in the culinary community.
Sustainability & Ethics: Use of sustainable practices, local sourcing, and ethical business operations.

Shortlisting

After the review, qualifying restaurants are shortlisted into specific award categories such as:

Best Fine Dining
Newcomer of the Year
Best Vegan-Friendly Restaurant
